To those who’ve read along while they were fresh from the over and those joining now, here’s a post linking to every comic in one convenient place
now that my power’s back from Irma. As usual, I’d love to hear some feedback and hopefully do better next time.
To recap: each comic is a 6-page one-shot, so feel free to roll the dice or read all in order!
So have a laugh, a cry, a goof and a gasp as you dive into this cavalcade of sequential art improv!
P.S.: If you know of comix publishers interested in anthologies, know someone who might, or just want to help with a reblog or a read, a huge thanks! Enjoy!

Daily comic 31 of 31!
We’re finally here! Despite the vicissitudes of the routine, pardon the oxymoron.
It’s been as rewarding as it’s been exhausting, but I’m not sure how to coalesce all that’s happened into a little post. Some from real life, some from dreams, some from suggestions and a roll of the dice, there’s something to be said about improv pieces of fiction. This position of forcing yourself into getting something done as if failing just isn’t a concept gets the gears turning “a las malas” as they say.
Anyway, nevermind that, I just like comix. A lot. And now, to put this little experiment to rest (for now): Continue reading
Daily comic 30 of 31! We’re almost there!!
I’m pretty excited, of course (and hungry (of course)), but I’ve been a little concerned with the tunnel vision of staring to closely at my own work nonstop.
Can’t wait to comb through these and cringe here and there at little oversights. But that’s part of it, right? On the plus side also, feels nice sitting down to work, and having it be less and less about mental gymnastics to do so. Not that I have a flawless work ethic either, but that’s what this is all for.
Well, here’s another short comic about friends and such. Enjoy: Continue reading
Daily comic 29 of 31!
I juggled with scripts for this one, atop of oversleeping. Which, side-note, waking up feeling sluggish for hours is such a guillotine on fertile creative time. And, of course, taking a moment for the important things like listening/talking with a friend (whom apparently does magick semi-ironically).
That being said, took a crack at a wordless comic. I’d say silent, but I always remember my friend saying “lmao, but aren’t all comix silent?” Which, teeechnically no?
I’m rambling. And now, the weather:
Daily comic 28 of 31!
Finally back at the desk to upload. Thought I’d have more to say. Usually the lag to upload and the occasional problem with titles become my worry at this time.
Thanks for the patience; had to be out of town due to the family, but all’s well now. Thankfully some friends helped me out and gave me the ride back to town so I could continue this. A little please and thank you go a longer way than a full tank.
Anyway, without further ado, here’s a comic about
nothing slice of life. Hope you enjoy:
Buonasera, miei amici! Fumetti: 27 di 31!
Between oversleeping and thunderstorm back at it, just glad I put in the hours to finish and upload this!
I was unsure what to go with today, but the same friend who suggested Western also suggested Noir, and once again I go “alright, but what if…”
And so here we are! Aside from the late night upload, I also want to inform that I won’t be able to upload the comix during this week due to some family circumstances. Nothing bad, just won’t have my setup to do so, but as soon as I can, the last ones will be coming out as well. You can be sure about that.
Having said that, pls enjoy tonight’s neo-noir, giallo, camix: Continue reading
Daily comic 26 of 31, honestly not sure how I came to this.
Wait, no, a friend suggested Western, and then… Well, this.
Anyway, it’s been a bit of a rush juggling things today, but I hope you enjoy!
